Led the creation of the Pup Corn Collaborator Program, scaling from just 3 to over 50 creators through a tiered, product-for-content model. Built a thriving UGC network, growing Instagram contributors from 10 to 70+ and driving a 750% increase in audience size, along with a 100K+ gain on Facebook.
Launched themed content boxes and custom merch—marking a first for any in-house brand—and initiated Pup Corn’s Pinterest strategy, which quickly outperformed Instagram in driving website traffic. This success laid the foundation for Evolve Pet Food’s approach.
Wrote and optimized monthly blog content (Sept 2022–Jan 2025) with a Pinterest-first strategy. Developed growth and content strategies tailored to the brand’s audience, contributing to Pup Corn Plus being featured in People magazine.
Collaborated cross-functionally on brand campaigns, giveaways, influencer initiatives, in-store events, and retailer ads. Coordinated logistics for product shipments used in shoots, partnerships, and donations.
