Conceived, built, and led a six-week hospitality training program designed to support employment access in an underserved community. Secured program approval, developed curriculum and registration systems, recruited speakers, and provided 1:1 coaching to all participants. Personally handled all outreach, marketing, and operations—including local business partnerships, resume development, and communications—resulting in a 35% job placement rate for participants. Delivered this program as a solo practitioner, blending grassroots community engagement with structured workforce development.
